This Insight Meditation retreat is based in the Buddha's teachings on mindfulness. 

There will be instructions on working with the breath, the body, feelings, thoughts, emotions, and awareness itself, all in the service of deepening insight and freedom. In addition, there will be a daily guided loving-kindness meditation. 

Aside from group interviews and question/answer periods with the teachers, the retreat will be held in silence with an intensive schedule of sitting and walking practice. 

This 10 days practice will provide an opportunity for all participants to further their understanding of the Buddha's teachings of liberation through their own personal experience.
