The practice for me is a way of life, and is a means of a transformative process that creates a fundamental change, in us, in the relationships in our lives and in the way we fulfill ourselves and act in the world, in a way that allows and supports well-being and freedom for all living beings.
She tries to be active in various fields and bring the spirit of Dharma to them, offering meditation in prisons, sitting groups, deepening courses and retreats in the Buddhist way.
Teaches MBSR and mindfulness courses for different populations, and yoga teacher courses (Patanjali's Yoga Sutra).
