מורה, תלמידה, אמא, בת זוג - חיה בדרכי הדהרמה, המדיטציה והיוגה משנת 1998.
לאורך השנים שהיתי תקופות תרגול מבורכות וממושכות במזרח, באירופה ובארץ וזכיתי ללמוד עם מורים נפלאים רבים.
בעלת M.A בעבודה סוציאלית עם התמחות בטראומה.
כיום מלמדת ב"תובנה", במרכז גוף נפש ובמסגרות נוספות רבות דהרמה, מיינדפולנס ובודהיזם ובעלת קליניקה פרטית לטיפול מבוסס מיינדפולנס ודהרמה (האקומי).
מלמדת ולומדת עוד ועוד לחוות את חיינו מתוך הקשבה עמוקה, סקרנית וחומלת.
מאמינה גדולה בחיים כדרך להתעוררות עם כל מה שהם מביאים.
בטוב שבאדם, באהבת אדם ובחמלת אדם.

Teacher, student, mother, and partner – living the path of Dharma, meditation, and yoga since 1998.
Over the years, I have spent blessed and extended periods of practice in the East, in Europe, and in Israel, and have had the privilege of learning with many wonderful teachers.
I hold an M.A. in Social Work with a specialization in trauma.
Today, I teach at “Tovana,” at the Mind-Body Center, and in many other settings, offering Dharma, mindfulness, and Buddhism. I also have a private clinic for mindfulness- and Dharma-based therapy (Hakomi).
I continue to teach and learn to experience life...

היא מלמדת בעמותת תובנה, המרכז ללימודי גוף נפש ומסגרות אחרות. שנים של תרגול והתבוננות הראו לה שהחיים עצמם הם שותף נפלא ללמידה גמישה וערה, ושתרגול ושהייה בטבע כמעט תמיד תומכים בנו.
אודליה בעלת תעודת הוראה בכירה ליוגה מטעם וינגייט, תלמידתה של אורית סן גופתא, וזכתה ללמוד במשך תקופות ממושכות עם מורים נפלאים לדהארמה והמסורת הבודהיסטית.
אודליה גרה וגם מלמדת בעמק האלה, נשואה ואמא לשלושה ילדים.

Odelia Weinberg Peri has been practicing the dharma since 1997.
She teaches at the Israeli Insight Society, Tovana.
Years of practice and observation have taught her that life is an excellent partner for learning and awakening, and time spent in nature is almost always a great support.
Odelia trained as a yoga teacher with Orit Sen Gupta and was fortunate to have studied dharma with many wonderful teachers.
She lives in Givat Yishayahu with her partner and three children.
