הולכת בדרך הדהרמה מאז 2007, כמתרגלת ומתנדבת בתפקידים שונים ב'תובנה', בתוכם שירות בצוותי ריטריטים רבים, בעיקר בניהול המטבח.
חברת הנהלת העמותה כמנהלת מרכז תובנה בעין-דור.
במהלך השנים תרגלתי גם בהודו, וחייתי תקופה ארוכה בבית הסנגהה. כיום אני מתגוררת בפרדס-חנה. דודה לשלושה.
אמנית וכותבת, בעלת תואר שני בצילום ואמנות, האקדמיה לאמנות 'בצלאל' והאוניברסיטה העברית.

Walking the path of the Dharma since 2007, as a practitioner and volunteer in various roles at Tovana, including service in numerous retreat teams, primarily in kitchen management.
Currently a member of the association’s leadership, serving as the director of Tovana Center at Ein Dor.
Over the years, I have also practiced in India and lived for an extended period at the Sangha House. Today, I live in Pardes Hanna and am an aunt to three.

בעלת BA ו MFA בקולנוע אוניברסיטת ת"א. MFA מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בכתיבה יוצרת. בשנת 2013 פורסם הרומן "בת של רב" בהוצאת אבן חושן שתורגם לאנגלית ב2017. אביגיל היא גם מחזאית תיאטרון ובימאית קולנוע.

B. 1975. Avigail is on the Dharma path since 2004.
She has a B.A & M.F.A in film- Tel Aviv University and a M.F.A in creative writing- Ben-Gurion University.
She teaches Film and mindfulness and of course Dharma.
She published a novel in Hebrew translated to English as well named "A Rabbi's Daughter". She is a film and theatre director and has a young daughter and lives at Tel-Aviv.
