Stillness and Insight - Practising Presence

Contemplative exercises for bringing sustained attentiveness and insight into our being with ourselves and others. Gradual steps in establishing the foundations of awareness (satipaṭṭhāna). Silence, breathing exercises and guidance from the wealth of Buddhist contemplative tradition. Gentle and precise training in unifying the mind, in object- and field-awareness and meditation on Loving-Kindness help to still the heart and deepen our understanding.

It is possible to participate only for the weekend or to stay the whole 10 days.

Akincano M. Weber (Switzerland) joined monastic life in 1985 in the Forest Tradition and has practised in Ajahn Chah’s and Ajahn Sumedho’s meditation monasteries in Thailand and Europe for 20 years. Since leaving monastic life in 2005 he lives in Cologne from where he teaches Dhamma and meditation internationally.
