Stillness and Insight - Practising Presence -10 day retreat with Akincano assisted by Rakefet (Sandia) Bar Kama
Stillness and Insight - Practising Presence
Contemplative exercises for bringing sustained attentiveness and insight into our being with ourselves and others. Gradual steps in establishing the foundations of awareness (satipaṭṭhāna). Silence, breathing exercises and guidance from the wealth of Buddhist contemplative tradition. Gentle and precise training in unifying the mind, in object- and field-awareness and meditation on Loving-Kindness help to still the heart and deepen our understanding.
It is possible to participate only for the weekend or to stay the whole 10 days.
