עוסק במדיטציה ולימודים בודהיסטיים ברחבי העולם מזה כ-20 שנה, במהלכן עשה תקופות ארוכות בדממה במנזרים ומרכזי מדיטציה בהודו, נפאל, אנגליה, צרפת ואוסטרליה. מלמד ומנחה ריטריטים של ויפסאנה, סמינרים וסדנאות מטעם עמותת 'תובנה', מכללת 'רידמן', 'ערנות' ועוד, ומוביל מסעות מדיטציה להודו. מתגורר עם אשתו ומשפחתו, ביישוב כליל שבגליל המערבי. אני יליד 1969, גר עם משפחתי בת”א. נפגשתי עם העולם הבודהיסטי בשנת 1998 בדהרמסלה. ומאז נדלקה להבה שהפכה בהדרגה לאש של ממש. לאורך השנים זכיתי לתרגל עם מורים ומורות במנזרים בודהיסטיים ומרכזי מדיטציית ויפאסנה בכל העולם. במקביל עשיתי תארים במשפטים וכלכלה ותואר שני במנהל-עסקים (וגם תעודת עו”ד). עסקתי באסטרטגיה לחברות גדולות ולעסקים קטנים, פלנינג במשרד פרסום, פיתוח עסקי בהייטק, ניהול בעמותה וניהול תוכן. החל משנת 2012 בעידוד של כמה ממורי, אני עושה כמיטב יכולתי לשרת ולהנחות אחרים/ות על הדרך. לאתר של...

I have been practicing the Dharma and serving in different roles in Tovana since 2007. Currently working as the coordinator of volunteering in Ein-Dor. Over the years I spent time of practice in India and lived in Tovana’s ‘Sanga House’. A writer and artist, and an aunt of three nephews. I am a Chinese Medicine therapist, working in a private clinic and in the Oncology unit at Rambam hospital.
