The way of the heart – Metta and Gratitude retreat with Stephen Fulder and Simi Levi
Long weekend retreat – freedom in the way of the heart – gratitude and metta
"From a quiet heart compassion in born
When love meets suffering it turns into compassion
When love meets joy it turns into happiness" (Jack Kornfield)
In this weekend we will cultivate an attitude of closeness and friendship with our inner and our worlds. We will allow the liberation of the heart from its chains: patterns, beliefs, fears etc…
By seeing the good, practicing softness and connection to the world, in these days we will practice an age old meditation tradition taught by the Buddha aimed at liberating the heart from patterns of contraction, fear, guilt, Shame and anger, while wisely and gently cultivating grace through seeing the good in all and connection to ourselves and to the world.
we will emphasise on this retreat the cultivation of a big heart to embrace our inner and outer experience. This will include practices of appreciation, loving kindness and gratitude
