Vipassana retreat with Yanai Postelnik, Lila Kimhi and Bat-El Tulnai.
RETURNING TO THE HEART.
Insight Meditation retreat,
15-19 September 2015
The Buddha's teachings offer a pathway to discover inner peace, freedom and the compassionate heart. Through understanding the way things are, we can come to know each moment as an invitation to return to the heart of our life, in which we are deeply connected to our experience, and yet not bound by it.
This silent retreat will focus on cultivating a quality of conscious presence that embraces our mind and body with kindness and wisdom. The meditation practice will be supported by full instructions, and regular meetings with the teachers.
All are welcome.
