Vipassana meditation is a Buddhist practice which constitutes part of a spiritual path leading to a liberated and awakened life. Waking up the present moment allows understanding and acceptance of our nature and the nature of the world surrounding us. This practice guides us in listening inwardly which leads to the opening of the heart, deepens our understanding and allows our awareness to become clear in light of the wisdom and compassion that are present in us, and from there to inner freedom.
