Metta Meditation weekend retreat with Simi Levy

Metta meditation is a practice tought by the Buddha in order to liberate the heart from patterns of contraction, fear, guilt, blame and anger. This meditation allows gentle and wise cultivation of grace, friendship and connection to the world and is a practice which contains in it the seeds of deep freedom through love, compassion and joy.
This retreat is for those who have completed at least one week-long retreat with Tovana.
Registration will begin one month prior to the beginning of the retreat.
