Is life all about being pushed and pulled between the poles? Or is there a simple way available to us all, to peacefully rest, be and know?
On the common ground of simple natural presence and the inspiration of the buddhist texts, we meet and rest in our true nature and the nature of life itself.
We will reflect, share and explore reality beyond duality in the light of non dual awareness and the early buddhist suttas.
Participation is 200 nis. Entrance won't be refused because of lack of funds.
No previous experience is needed. The day is in hebrew

about the facilitators:
Michal Cohen (MA) recently came back to Israel after more than 20 years studying, practicing and teaching buddhism in Monasteries and meditation centers in Britain and around the world. Michal has devoted extended times for solitude andi is an international practice based expert in the field of early sutras applied to daily life.
Audrey Kaplan, MD has been studying and practicing Buddhism for more than 10 years. Audrey is presently studying non dual transmission with Peter Fenner, PhD, founder of timeless wisdom, an adaptation of Buddhism in the lineage of Madhyamika, Dzogchen and Zen for a direct presence of non dual awareness.
