אלהיה אייל מור מתרגלת מדיטציה בדרך הבודהיסטית כ 30 שנה, חיה ונושמת את הדהרמה. היא מלמדת ומנחה מדיטציה במסגרת עמותת תובנה ובמסגרות נוספות בארץ ובאירופה. בנוסף, אלהיה היא דרמה תרפיסטית, בוגרת הכשרת האקומי, מספרת סיפורים במקצועה ואוהבת שירה מושבעת. סיפורים, שירה, וביטוי יצירתי מהווים כלים מרכזים באופן הוראתה. קישור לאתר של אלהיה   Dana to Elaya Eyal-Mor
Elaya has been practicing insight meditation for 20 years, and she lives and breathes the Dharma. She teaches and facilitates meditation at Tovana as well as other organizations in Israel and in Europe. Elaya is a professional drama therapist and storyteller.
