The Seven Factors of Enlightenment

The course is organized and held in "Bhavana House"

The Buddha often formulated his teachings into convenient lists of qualities, "The Seven Factors of Enlightenment" is one of these. This collection of qualities describes the nature of mind when it is in its liberated and awaked state.

During our days together in Tel Aviv we will have the opportunity to explore and develop these aspects of the fundamental nature of mind which comprise: mindfulness, investigative analysis, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration and equanimous serenity.
