Guy Saati, teaches Mindfulness meditation and Buddhist Dharma at Tovana and other frameworks.
Guy's study and guidance focuses on the deep exploration of insight (Vipassana meditation) and the practice of Mindfulness as part of a life-filled lifestyle and support for the awakening of the free heart.
Guy spent long periods practicing abroad, including a long period of personal practice in a monastery in Thailand.
From his work with the mentally disabled, he draws inspiration and trust in the willingness of people for realization, wellbeing and liberation.
He is active in the Engaged Dharma in Israel. and is currently the coordinator of the courses committee at Tovana.
